What to Know About – Brow Lift Recovery Time
If you are considering undergoing this surgery, consider the time needed for complete recovery. Brow lift is an invasive surgical option meaning recovery time will be somewhat extensive.
Initial Healing Time: 10–14 days.
Your plastic surgeon will remove clips or sutures when appropriate. Additionally, you can also return to work and normal activity after the aforementioned initial wound healing time. Some bruising is expected during recovery period, which will be minimal at best but can be hidden by cosmetics.
Healing period will continue for several weeks, even if you look presentable. It takes time for swelling to diminish after surgery and incision lines to refine and fade. Don’t expect complete recovery before at least several months.
Other Considerations to Keep In Mind
Your chosen plastic surgeon will provide help and several recommendations regarding this procedure. It’s important to follow them to the letter. Make sure the surgical incisions aren’t subjected to:
- Excessive force
- Too much motion
