After childbirth, the breast shape and size can transform in unfavorable ways, causing self-consciousness for the client. Aging can also play a role in distorting the chest’s appearance, causing the breasts to sag and droop and the nipples to descend beneath the breast creases. In order to combat both volume loss and breast ptosis, a combination approach is often the recommended path forward.
Breast augmentation with lift (mastopexy) can rejuvenate the upper body from all angles, leaving behind breast mounds that are shapely, youthful, and aesthetically pleasing. Dr. Sadrian performs breast augmentation with lift in San Diego for patients who desire a naturally fuller bust and the positive self-image that goes with it.
What is breast augmentation?
Breast augmentation is a surgical procedure to enhance the chest with rounder, fuller breast mounds. It can create a more proportionate, feminine physique, improve wardrobe options, and provide a greater sense of satisfaction with your appearance.
The surgery is performed with either breast implants (saline, silicone, or gummy bear) or fat transfer techniques. Results are tailored to your unique body frame, aesthetic considerations, and lifestyle. Dr. Sadrian strives for a natural look that is elegant, balanced, and beautiful.

What is a breast lift?
Breast lift surgery helps to counter breast ptosis (sagging) that may occur after pregnancy or with the aging process. Low-hanging, downward-facing nipples can also be repositioned during mastopexy. After a breast lift in San Diego with Dr. Sadrian, the chest will appear perkier and more youthful, and the entire silhouette is revitalized.
What are the options for implant placement?
There are two choices for implant placement: below or above the pectoralis chest muscles. There are advantages and disadvantages to each choice that Dr. Sadrian will explain in person. If the implants are placed beneath the chest muscles, it can reduce the risk of complications such as capsular contracture. Implants placed above the pec muscles can be less painful for the patient and can improve the position of the nipples.
Who is a good candidate for breast augmentation with lift?
A good candidate for breast augmentation with lift will be unhappy with both the size of their breasts and the breast angle. Those with drooping, deflated breasts and downturned nipples will benefit from a dual approach that amplifies volume and restores a perky, youthful projection.
Dr. Sadrian requires that clients pursuing surgery are mentally and physically healthy, that they don’t smoke, and that they are free from any major medical concerns that might interfere with their treatment process. Additionally, it’s important that clients are pursuing breast augmentation with lift for themselves and not because they are yielding to external pressures. They should have realistic expectations based on their private consultation with Dr. Sadrian and his team.
What will my recovery entail?
After remaining in our state-of-the-art recovery suites for observation, you will return home with the help of a friend or loved one.
